A saddle item can be equipped if its current requirements fit. A blueprint is a crafting plan, not an equipped saddle: record its material cost and check the actual craft outcome in game. The reward table distinguishes item and blueprint evidence; do not infer a blueprint from a saddle name or add the two forms into a guaranteed reward.
