Refund Policy

1. Overview

Layeh's Market sells digital player-assistance services for ARK: Survival Ascended. Because our services are performed in-game and cannot be "returned," this policy outlines when and how refunds are available.

2. Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • Your service has not been started within 72 hours of your payment being confirmed.
  • We are unable to deliver the service you ordered for any reason on our end.

3. Partial Refund

If your service has been partially completed but cannot be finished (due to reasons on our end), you may receive a refund proportional to the undelivered portion of the service, as determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. No Refund

Refunds are not available once:

  • The service has been fully delivered and confirmed (e.g., ticket closed after successful completion).
  • You have received the in-game assistance and acknowledged completion.

We are not responsible for in-game events outside our control (server wipes, game updates, bans) that may affect previously delivered services.

5. Refund Methods

  • PayPal payments — Refunds are processed to your original PayPal account. Processing time depends on PayPal (typically 3–5 business days).
  • Cryptocurrency payments — Since blockchain transactions are irreversible, crypto refunds will be issued as an equivalent EUR value via PayPal or as store credit, at your choice. The EUR value is calculated at the exchange rate at the time of the original payment.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Open a support ticket in our Discord server.
  2. Provide your order ID or payment reference and a brief explanation.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks for services that have been delivered may result in your account being suspended.

We will cooperate with payment providers to resolve disputes fairly and provide evidence of service delivery when applicable.
