Custom work is everything that doesn't fit a product card. Raids and defense callouts, base builds, cluster transfers, one-off combinations of jobs - the kind of request where the right answer depends entirely on your target, map, cluster and timing. Instead of forcing that into a fixed listing, you describe it in a Discord ticket and get a straight answer on whether it's realistic and what it would take.

Pricing is by scope, not a generic hourly rate. The team quotes after seeing the actual request, and the quote plus the exact deliverables are written into the ticket before any payment. Simple jobs often start same-day where availability allows; raids and builds depend on scheduling around the team's own runs, so the ticket gives a realistic window rather than a sales promise. Nothing is committed until you've agreed the scope in writing.

The two things that make a custom job go smoothly are a clear target and honest constraints. Telling us the map, the cluster, the tribe you're up against and when you can play lets the team plan properly - a defense job the night of a wipe is a different task from a scheduled raid three days out. If a request isn't doable safely or cleanly, we'd rather say so than take a job that ends badly.
