1. Introduction

Welcome to Layeh's Market ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at layehmarket.com or interacting with our Discord bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Layeh's Market provides player-to-player assistance services for the video game ARK: Survival Ascended. Our services include, but are not limited to, boss fight assistance, breeding guidance, kit preparation, and other in-game support.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer virtual items, currencies, or accounts. All transactions are for the provision of player assistance services. We make no guarantees regarding specific in-game outcomes, as game mechanics, updates, and server conditions are beyond our control.

3. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

ARK: Survival Ascended and all related game content, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by Studio Wildcard and/or Snail Games. Layeh's Market is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Studio Wildcard or Snail Games in any way.

All original content on this website (text, design, branding) is the property of Layeh's Market. Game-related terminology is used solely for descriptive purposes to identify the services we offer.

4. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our website and Discord bot (consistent with Discord's minimum age requirement).
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases.
  • By making a purchase, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Our services are not available to residents of the People's Republic of China.

5. Accounts

Access to our services requires authentication via Discord OAuth. Each person may maintain only one account. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services or staff.

6. Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated. We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal — Processed through PayPal's secure platform.
  • Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, SOL) — Processed through NOWPayments. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., currency conversion fees, network fees for cryptocurrency transactions).

7. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

  • Full refund if the service has not been started within 72 hours of payment.
  • Proportional refund if the service is only partially completed.
  • No refund after the service has been fully delivered and confirmed.

EU / UK consumers — Right of Withdrawal: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK legislation, distance contract consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, pursuant to Art. 16(m) of that Directive, by placing an order you expressly request immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that once delivery has begun you waive your statutory right of withdrawal. This waiver is confirmed at checkout before payment is processed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been delivered.
  • Provide false or misleading information when placing orders or opening support tickets.
  • Attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent our systems, pricing, or promotional features.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other customers.
  • Resell or redistribute services obtained through Layeh's Market.
  • Use our services in violation of ARK: Survival Ascended's terms of service.

9. Daily Rewards

Our daily reward system is a free promotional feature. No purchase is necessary to participate. Rewards are distributed randomly and have no guaranteed monetary value. Customer rank roles may grant additional free attempts, but participation always remains free of charge.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for in-game consequences including, but not limited to, bans, server wipes, rollbacks, or changes to game mechanics by the game developer.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding our services, please open a support ticket in our Discord server. We commit to responding within 7 business days and will work in good faith to resolve any issues.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of your residence, to the extent required by local consumer protection regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to game server outages, payment provider downtime, internet disruptions, acts of government, or changes to the ARK: Survival Ascended game by Studio Wildcard.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Layeh's Market regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
