Fast leveling works best when the right survivor runs the notes with a safe route and a clear reason. Do not burn note progress on a throwaway character if the goal is ascension, crafting value or a marketable survivor.
Explorer Notes are not just a speedrun trick. On the right survivor, they turn movement into long-term character value. On the wrong survivor, they are a wasted one-time resource.
If the character will later receive boss, ascension or crafting value, route notes on that survivor. If the character is disposable, do not spend irreversible progress carelessly.
