How to Buy Safely
1. Use established sellers with a real presence
Random DMs on Reddit or Discord are the highest-risk option. Established Discord servers with a history, verified reviews, and a staff team are far safer. Look for servers that have been active for months or years, not days.
2. Check reviews and vouches
Any legitimate seller will have a channel or thread with real customer feedback. Look for reviews that are specific ("received Alpha Dragon carry in 2 hours, 4 runs, all Tek engrams unlocked") rather than generic ("great service!"). Low review count or all reviews from the same day are red flags.
3. Look for a ticket system with transcripts
Most Discord sellers just use DMs — if something goes wrong, it's your word against theirs. A proper seller uses a ticket system where every order creates a private support channel. But the real differentiator is what happens when the ticket closes: does the seller keep a record, or do you? Sellers who automatically send the full conversation transcript to the customer via DM after every ticket close are showing real transparency. That transcript is proof of what was agreed, what was delivered, and when — and it's in your hands, not just the seller's.
4. Use payment methods with buyer protection
PayPal Goods & Services offers buyer protection if the seller doesn't deliver. Crypto payments are irreversible — only use crypto with sellers you already trust, or for repeat purchases where you've had a good experience before.
5. Ask for details before paying
For dino lines, ask for screenshots of hatch stats before purchase. For boss carries, confirm the exact boss, difficulty, and whether your character gets the engrams. For kits, ask for a full itemized list. A legitimate seller won't hesitate to answer these questions.
